CD 300 trouble shooting

I have acquired a CD 300; an attempt was made to fit it with new capacitors, but unfortunately, it is not working properly.

Some capacitors are placed wrong.

searching for the cause of the oscillation

Nasty  oscillation

When it stops oscillating the players reads TOC and the eye-pattern is clear

finally i  found the root cause , broken ground trace on CDM-0 Board

GND missing on a lot of components
