This CD 100 is an heirloom that must be restored to its former glory.

 

First look inside

Lets see , if we can start it with a little help

Started with removing the old capacitors and old ic-sockets

Cleaning the PCB after desoldering

New Capacitors on CDM-1 board

Cleaned and resoldered

This CDM-1 has a metal sheet

The hall-motor coils and Hall sensor are placed in plastic frame

Put transformer on 240 Volt

Cleaning the shield

Clean Casing , and test run.
