CD 73 , Has trouble playing CD’s and some Leds are not working

Still strange things going on also in servicemode ,

Audio grade capicitors on CDM board !?

Leads to short ?!

What happened here..?

 

HF signal drops with some CD’s

I think some has adjusted the disc height  must be around 0mV
